Healing Roots
FAQ
Why do we need to purchase bioresonance scans?
I include bioresonance testing in all my packages and consults because I believe this testing is one of the best options for whole body, root cause approach. We can skip all the guess work, it gives us a clear picture on how different body systems are effecting each other.

How much should we expect to spend on supplements?
It varies for each individual, but on average $200-$300 a month. The goal is to regain health and find a balance where one can finally feel good in their body with limited or no supplements.
Why is MBSR included?
I believe all illnesses have emotional roots. In order to fully heal we have to examine both our physical and mental health.
What is MBSR?
Mind body spirit release™ is a method designed to access, identify, and release cellular imprints within the body left behind by negative emotions, experiences, and trauma.
Experiencing trauma of different levels and stress is a common byproduct of being human. The emotions we experience from that trauma can be imprinted on our DNA. So, even if we don't consciously think about our past experiences, our body remembers them. When we don't actively try to release these emotions, they can force themselves to be recognized through physical symptoms.
MBSR™ uses muscle testing to identify what emotional imprints need to be released from the body. These imprints are then released by using a cold laser over acupressure points, meridians, and reflexes in order to calm down the nervous system response to the emotions and release them from the body and the subconscious mind.
This process can help to reduce both physical and emotional stress, build resilience to emotional stressors, and allows us to replace negative blocks with positive beliefs
What is muscle testing?
Muscle Testing measures a natural stress response called Binary Biofeedback which is the measure of the body’s response to a stimulus. Binary biofeedback is used in virtually every medical field from EEGs to heart rate monitors.
One example of binary biofeedback is, under stress, our heart rate increases, perspiration occurs, blood flow goes away from the digestive tract and towards extremities so you can run if you’re in danger.
Muscle Testing uses the body’s muscles to measure a response - it’s a biofeedback device in itself.
Our muscles are controlled by nerves, and muscles respond differently to different nerve messages. Therefore, we have the ability to utilize muscle strength as a way to understand what the nervous system is trying to tell us. By tapping into the nervous system, I can identify imbalances in the body and advise on how to address the concerns.
When the body is presented with something that it perceives as a stress to the system, the electrical signals between brain and the muscles are “short-circuited” and the muscle being tested is weakened. When the body is presented with something that it is compatible with, the tested muscle is strong.
Muscle testing is simply interpreting nerve signals.
How do remote MBSR sessions work?
Remote clearings work due to a principle known as non-locality.
Non-locality refers to the ability of particles (such as electrons) to be influenced instantaneously by another particle regardless of distance. If detected, the receiving particle will take on the state of the first particle. This is what enables me to do the clearings on your behalf using my body as a proxy – once we are energetically connected, my body (the particles/energy I am made up of), are able to take on the state of your body, and vice versa.
What is Hijama? (Also known as wet cupping)
Hijama is a religious practice and ancient healing method for detox and cleansing through the extraction of toxic blood. It is highly recommended and emphasized in Islam. It is a Prophet Medicine and a Sunnah.
Hijama cupping therapy works on multiple levels of detoxing: Mind-Brain, Body-Physical, Soul-Emotional, and Metaphysical.
How is Hijama done?
Hijama is a safe and non invasive, therapeutic technique (it does not cut the nerves or veins). Small, superficial cuts are made on the skin that is being cupped. The suction pressure under the cup would then stimulate the toxic blood to trickle out and cleanse the diseased or inflamed area of pain on the body. This diminishes the volumes of excess toxic fluids and humors in the body.
The blood released is toxic, unhealthy, stagnant blood, lymph, uric acid and other impurities which need to be released from the body. If it stays in the bloodstream, it hinders the rest of the body supply, organ functions, and other bodily systems. It causes new illnesses or makes a sick person even sicker.
What Can Hijama Help With?
Common ailments which are easily dealt with are; pain, headaches/migraines neurological disorders, pulled or sore muscles, arthritis and other joint problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, skin conditions, asthma, constipation, strokes, allergies, poor blood circulation, obesity, insomnia, anxiety, depression, menstrual cramps, PMS, infertility, and more.
Who Should Avoid Hijama?
There's a difference of opinion on who should avoid hijama. I was taught through my studies that the only time hijama should absolutely be avoided is during IVF treatment cycles or on a pregnant woman's lower back in the 1st and 3rd trimest (it can be done on her back during labor to help ease pains).
